In an effort to innovate and improve our services – Trackon in May’ 2010 launched its super product “Prime Track” – an express service on select routes. Phenomenal success of new product in less than a year is worth sharing with our clients on two counts: one our strategic and support staff successfully handled more than 200000 packages and two they did so with negligible failure ratio.
